We believe that housing is not only a human right - but that access to high-quality, safe, stable, affordable, and energy-efficient housing sets the table for healthier communities.

We are dedicated to reshaping what it means to have affordable housing in our neighborhoods, while also promoting and enhancing social mobility. We proudly take on the role to do our part in helping communities that need private and public investment the most. We believe that by aligning incentives through a place-based investment strategy we can simultaneously improve the current housing stock while delivering returns to our investors.

Edward Quinn

Founder & President

Edward Quinn is the Founder and President of Quinn Group Real Estate Partners (QGREP), a Boston-based real estate, development, investment, brokerage, and asset management firm. Building off of the real estate business he co-founded with his brother Christopher Quinn in 2018, Edward leads the firm’s development team, investment strategy, acquisitions, and asset performance initiatives. He focuses on value-add and development opportunities that create strong financial returns while improving the built environment.

In addition to his leadership at QGREP, Edward serves as a Senior Real Estate Development Manager at Fenway Forward (formerly Fenway CDC), where he oversees complex affordable and mixed-income housing projects throughout Boston. His work spans all phases of development—from early feasibility and design coordination to financing, permitting, construction, and closeout. He has managed projects supported by city, state, and federal funding sources, and has brought a deep understanding of how public-private partnerships can shape more inclusive, resilient neighborhoods.

Before entering real estate, Edward built a career in fine dining and hospitality management, where he developed his discipline for execution and commitment to customer experience. He continues to bring that same focus on quality, detail, and integrity to every project he undertakes.

Outside of work, Edward enjoys discovering new restaurants, playing the guitar, and exploring Boston with his wife, Eliana. He values time spent with family and friends, traveling, and lending a hand when someone needs it.

Edward attended Hofstra University, and is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker. Through QGREP, Edward is building a forward-looking real estate platform rooted in long-term value creation—one that merges investor success with meaningful community outcomes.
